Swan Inn Brisbane Bed and Breakfast
Swan Inn Bed and Breakfast is located on Swan Terrace, Windsor bordering Herston. The heart of Brisbane city is within three kilometres of the residence and offers guests a private suite which includes a queen size bedroom, adjoining bathroom, media/lounge room (full foxtel coverage), kitchenette, split system air conditioning, wireless internet, private cottage garden opening from bedroom. Within walking distance is the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital (RBWH), the Ekka, Ballymore Stadium, QUT Kelvin Grove, Fortitude Valley(restaurants and China Town), Wilston Village (restaurants). The Windsor Train Station and buses (seven minutes walk) are easily accessible. A twenty minute train journey will take you to the Dutton Park Station with buses taking two minutes to cross the Brisbane River to the University of Queensland at St Lucia. The Gabba is a 15 minute bus ride and is free when going to sporting events such as the Cricket Ashes and AFL Football.
A continental breakfast is provided daily with fresh fruit salad, cereal of choice and toast making facilities.
Included for guests exclusive use are:

- a 40 inch wall mounted plasma TV with surround sound
- Guests can enjoy a selection of DVD’s
- full Foxtel coverage and free to air channels
- also full access to internet is provided

This B & B ticks all the boxes!! During our recent visit to RBWH we had the pleasure of staying at Swan Inn Bed and Breakfast. Our host Catherine went out of her way to make sure our stay was as pleasant & as comfortable as possible. From the moment you walk in you feel like you are at home. Having to return to RBWH in the near future we will not hesitate to give Catherine a call & book our next stay.

During my recent visit to RBWH I had the great fortune to be able to stay at Catherine and Rob’s Swan Inn B&B.
This is a cut above your average B&B: a self-contained apartment with bedroom, sitting room and bathroom for guests exclusive use. The decor is lovely, with lots of personal touches to make you feel at home. Catherine (your host) is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, which by the way is a great location- close the the Valley and City, and a stones throw from (trendy) Wilston cafe culture. A little gem!

What a wonderful place! There can’t be a more friendly and generous welcome anywhere in Brisbane than that offered by Catherine and Rob. I spent two happy weeks at the Swan Inn and would go straight back if I’m in Brisbane again. Immaculately kept and with lots of homely touches, this is a real treat.

Could you confirm that and also your rates for those two nights. I gather I have the misfortune to be arriving during a Cricket test?
