Queensize bedroom with luxury ensuite bathroom, private lounge/sitting room with french doors opening onto the verandah.
The verandah is an ideal place to enjoy breakfast or drinks in the afternoon and is warm and sunny in the winter and cool and breezy in the summer, whilst taking in the city views.

This B & B ticks all the boxes!! During our recent visit to RBWH we had the pleasure of staying at Swan Inn Bed and Breakfast. Our host Catherine went out of her way to make sure our stay was as pleasant & as comfortable as possible. From the moment you walk in you feel like you are at home. Having to return to RBWH in the near future we will not hesitate to give Catherine a call & book our next stay.

This is a cut above your average B&B: a self-contained apartment with bedroom, sitting room and bathroom for guests exclusive use. The decor is lovely, with lots of personal touches to make you feel at home. Catherine (your host) is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, which by the way is a great location- close the the Valley and City, and a stones throw from (trendy) Wilston cafe culture. A little gem!

What a wonderful place! There can’t be a more friendly and generous welcome anywhere in Brisbane than that offered by Catherine and Rob. I spent two happy weeks at the Swan Inn and would go straight back if I’m in Brisbane again. Immaculately kept and with lots of homely touches, this is a real treat.

This little place was gorgeous. Our own self contained place downstairs with double bed, bathroom, loungeroom, foxtel, breakfast.. was immaculate and Catherine was very polite and put herself out there to make sure we had a good stay while in Brisbane. Would gladly stay there again =)

A premium B & B experience ! From the moment we arrived at this very special place, we were ‘at home’ and received a wonderful warm greeting from Catherine. Our own self-contained unit was spotless and so comfortable we were sad we only spent one night there. The ample breakfast was fresh and delicious – the whole experience couldn’t have been bettered. Will we return ? …………….You bet – the only way to go in Brisbane. Thank you Catherine (and Steffi too !)

Catherine and Rob have an outstanding b&b with the Swan Inn which many operators will aspire to attain but will find it hard to achieve to this level. The accommodation is superbly decorated and spacious with everything you could need in a beautiful inner city suburb location. Privacy in your own multi roomed accommodation, yet surrounded by a very friendly atmosphere which provides a feeling of being at home in a safe and cosy environment. Its a gem! From the moment we arrived , it was just lovely, there was Catherine out on the street to greet us,her warmth and friendliness,set the tone for our whole stay.
We stayed in the upstairs room, complete,with its own sitting room ,private balcony,and a magnificent
ensuite worthy of being in a House & Garden magazine.
To run a fine establishment like this, there had to be more than one, Rob and Steffi complete the team,one you can shake hands with, and have a good laugh with,the other is such a cute little dog you just want to hug and pat her all day.
Lovely continental breakfast was served each morning,complete with fresh fruits,breads and jams.Yummy!
Catherine and Rob are great hosts,helpful thoughtful and considerate my wife and I have stayed in many over the years and this up with the best.

What a brilliant place to stay! We were visiting Brisbane in trying circumstances in March and were just so welcomed and pampered by our delightful hosts Catherine, Rob and the divine Steph the dog. What a heaven to come home to each night! The ambiance, the decor, the homeliness and the care and attention to detail cannot be beaten. The care taken by Catherine, without being intrusive, was out of this world. Thank you Catherine for your care, concern and unique hospitality. Thank you Stephy for saving my sanity and giving me a chance to have a doggy fix each day! A real home away from home.

This place is delightful. My bed was very comfy. I love the decor, and the nice little touches like a bunch of cinnamon sticks, Thank you, Catherine, for your great hospitality. I hope I have opportunity to visit again.

What an absolutely beautiful place to stay in Brisbane – quiet, private, decorated with love and very well appointed. Catherine and Rob were the perfect owners/ hosts when I stayed with them in March 2011, they were wonderfully understanding and caring during my time of need. Swan Inn B&B was such a peaceful place to come home to. And, then there was Steph their dog, so very perceptive and sooo cute, she was a bonus. Thank you so much – words don’t seem adequate.

What a special place to stay, Catherine was a lovely host and made my son and i very welcome.
The verander unit is where we stayed and WOW the decor was stunning-loved it. The bathroom was HUGE! and very stylish and modern. The bed was so comfortable that i could have slept for a week and my 3 year did not move one bit-The BEST nights sleep we ever had. Wish we had of stayed longer to fully enjoy it and the City. But i will be back again. Thanks so much Catherine xox

Being 5 of us, we were occupying the two suites and stayed for 2 nights.
We did have a wonderful time !
The suites are beautifully decorated and we felt at home at once.
Catherine was a lovely host and our children fell in love with her little dog.
We warmly recommend this fantastic place.
